I’m Brad Shaw — a British voice actor with a big voice, a love for adventure, and more than a few stories to tell. From childhood scrapes to professional milestones, resilience and performance have been the running themes of my life.

At just seven years old, I was buried alive with my two brothers under a collapsed Spanish hotel. We were trapped for eight hours before being pulled out — shaken, but miraculously unharmed. That early experience hard-wired something into me: when the worst happens, you find a way through

Later in life, I faced down cancer more than once, and each time came back stronger — more determined to grab life, laugh louder, and never waste a moment.

During that recovery, I launched the Wonderland Challenge — at first just a personal project to keep me focused, but it grew into something much bigger…

Alongside the challenges, I’ve chased plenty of adventure: skydiving in the UK, zip-lining in Costa Rica, playing with elephants in Thailand, riding horses on Spanish beaches, and guiding guests between Berlin and Prague as a Program Director with Viking River Cruises.

🎙️ Career & Craft 🎭

Trained as an actor at Mountview Theatre School, London.

15+ years as a jobbing actor, presenter, and performer.

10 years in entertainment marketing and 10 years producing & presenting live events and immersive theatre.

5 years full-time as a professional voice actor, recording for games, commercials, documentaries, and audio drama.

Founder of WonderlandVO, a thriving training community for voice actors.

In 2020, I launched the Wonderland Challenge, a community project that brought together 159 voice actors to raise money for the NHS. The initiative earned national recognition, drew support from Dame Harriet Walter and Griff Rhys Jones, and later inspired the creation of WonderlandVO
