During the first lockdown, after being diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma, I decided that I needed plenty of positive energy. I split Alice in Wonderland into 159 one-minute sections and invited the voiceover community to record a piece each and donate to the NHS.
The response was incredible — over 150 professional voices joined, including comedy icons and screen legends.

Alice in Wonderland in aid of the NHS
Alice Through The Looking Glass in aid of Cancer Research
After further cancer treatment, for both prostate cancer and a melanoma recurrence, I decided to do it again.
This time 175 voice actors each recorded a minute, donating at least £10 each to Cancer Research UK.
Within days every chapter was filled.

The Wonderland Challenges were about community, creativity, and courage and getting me through. Proof that storytelling can heal and connect us, even in dark times.
